Missions

Missions / Responsabilities. o Contribute to business results through continuous improvement projects and change management programs o Contribute to organization capabilities through the deployment of automation/robotic and manage the execution of automation/robotic projects on the shop-floor level primarily in the packing area. o Be a proponent of good practices in the packing department, focusing on safety and productivity. o Trouble shoot, manage daily priorities in the packing area o Be a driving force to propose change, influence behaviors, to improve performance and standards in the area of safety, quality, service and cost. Functions o Improve capability in the production departments through continuous improvement programs acting on both equipment and organization. o Work with the Engineering team, Technical teams and Value Stream Manager on the development of automation programs and take ownership for the study and execution part. o Participate on the deploym

Profil recherché

Skills. o Bac +5 Minimum, o Excellent knowledge in packing equipment, utilities and automation tools. o Experience and knowledge in robotic and implantation of solutions o Experience in acceptance test of new equipment (robots) o Strong Communication / Leadership o Deep understanding of Production Packing Processes, filling and finishing techniques and Industrialization Processes. o Knowledge of autonomous, preventive and curative maintenance technics as well as finishing equipment features accompanied by centreline/setting cards experience o Good budget management knowledge. o Good knowledge Project Management o Knowledge in Lean tools o Perfect knowledge of quality standards. o Strong Knowledge of the QA Guidelines is needed as well as the local regulations regarding Good Manufacturing Practices. o Deep knowledge of the industrialization processes especially for new products, mainly on the success criteria setting. o Knowledge of TQM methodology and processes mana
